Click here. Simply enter your username and password. If you do not receive an error message, your cancellation was successful. A cancellation confirmation will be sent to your mail. Sometimes our mail to you is blocked. If you do not see the cancellation confirmation, check your junk mail. If you still don't see it, but did not see an error message, your cancellation was successful, but our mail didn't make it through. You will have access for the remainder of your paid period.

Our logins are case-sensitive and must be entered as you initially chose or were assigned. For example, if your username is: Becky123, you cannot enter it as becky123.

If you can log in OK, but movies don't play, your media player (the utility your browser is using to play the videos) is not compatible with the format of the video you're downloading, or it is an older version. We recommend that you download the most recent version of the player.

If you are trying to stream the videos and are having problems, you may want to download the videos instead and view them locally. Also, we encode our high videos for great quality, so if you are on dial-up or a slow internet connection, please use, the "low" video links which will be easier for you to stream and/or download.

Your browser must have Javascript and popup windows turned on. If the site is not allowed to open a window up or use Javascript, you will not easily be able to play the videos.

If you're using Opera or Netscape, you're probably better off using the Quicktime versions.

If you've read all the above, tried the fixes, and you are still having problems, please fill out a help form. You must describe the problem in full detail, describing what you are entering and what the response from the system is. If you write something like "can't login" or "can't see videos", we have no way of knowing what the problem is and you won't receive a reply. The Help form is here and we'll respond within 24 hours, usually much sooner.
